Article Processing Charge

All articles published in the journal International Scientific Technical and Economic Research are released in Gold Open Access format, ensuring readers have permanent access to them free of charge. The journal is committed to supporting accessibility to academic exchange and therefore does not charge authors any Article Processing Fee (APC). There is no page limit for manuscripts; the full text (excluding figures, tables, references, etc.) should not exceed 10,000 words.

The International Scientific Technical and Economic Research does not charge a submission fee, which means there are no charges for rejected articles. Some items (Editorials, Corrections, Addendums, Retractions, Comments, etc.) are published free of charge.

The prices quoted do not include any value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), or other sales taxes. Tax may be charged in addition to the price shown, where required by law. The amount of tax charged will be calculated at the point of sale and identified separately. If you have a VAT, GST, or other sales tax identification number, you should provide this when requested.

Waivers and Discounts List

To help support researchers who are unable to meet some or all of the costs associated with publishing open access, we operate a transparent waiver policy. Automatic 50% waiver for article processing charges on manuscripts where the corresponding author is based in any of the countries listed below.

Please note that the waiver applies only to the APC and does not cover over-length fees.

Refund Policy

To prevent double-charging, a full refund of the Article Processing Charge (APC) will be given if other funding is later used for the same article. APCs are otherwise non-refundable once publishing services have been provided. Retractions or removals are usually beyond the journal's control and do not reduce the services already provided or our responsibility to maintain the scholarly record. No refund will be made when articles are retracted due to author error or misconduct.
