Fee Collection Notice

Review Fee: All submissions are free of review fees.

Publication Fee: For manuscripts that pass peer review and are accepted, our journal does not charge any publication fee (or article processing fee).

Expedited Processing Fee: We do not offer any expedited review or priority publication services that require additional payment.

Other Fees: Our journal does not charge authors any editing fees, formatting fees, membership fees, subscription fees, or any other fees under any pretext.

Submission and Publication Process Tips:

Our journal's only official submission channel is the online submission system designated by the editorial department. Please submit your manuscript through this official channel.

Notifications regarding manuscript acceptance, revisions, and publication will be sent via the official email address or submission system. Authors are advised to carefully verify the information.

Our journal has never authorized any third-party organization or individual to solicit manuscripts or collect fees on our behalf. Any fee notifications issued in our name are fraudulent; please do not believe them.

We firmly believe that the dissemination of knowledge should eliminate economic barriers. This aims to encourage academic innovation, support the growth of young scholars, and ensure that all accepted manuscripts are based on their academic value and research quality, unaffected by any economic factors.
