International Scientific Technical and Economic Research – Journal Transfer Announcement

We announce that as of 31 May 2026, International Scientific Technical and Economic Research (ISTAER) has transferred its publishing operations from Sichuan Knowledgeable Intelligent Sciences to Digital Intelligence Press.

1. Access to Published Content

Volumes 1–4 (2023–2026, No. 1–2): All articles published from Vol. 1, No. 1 (2023) through Vol. 4, No. 2 (2026) will remain hosted on the original journal website at https://www.istaer.online. This site will continue to be fully accessible.

Volumes 4 , No. 3 (2026) onward and later: New articles will be published by Digital Intelligence Press and hosted on the new journal platform at https://dipscie.com/index.php/ISTAER.

2. Commitment to Diamond Open Access (No Author Fees)

ISTAER remains a Diamond Open Access journal. We do not charge any article processing charges (APCs), submission fees, or page fees.

Sponsorship & Platform: The journal's Diamond OA model is sustained by sponsorship from Sichuan Knowledgeable Intelligent Sciences. Digital Intelligence Press provides the new publishing platform, dissemination, and promotional services. No costs are passed on to authors or readers.

3. Licensing and Access

All content (both old and new) is published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0) , ensuring free and unrestricted access.

The original website (istaer.online) will remain active to ensure uninterrupted access to back content.
